Your pet, our passenger
Your pet isn’t just another passenger.
From the moment we collect your pet to the moment they are safely handed over, you know who is looking after them. The same team drives the whole route, stops when your pet needs to, and sends you a photo at every break.
We carry one household’s pets at a time, so the journey runs at their pace rather than to a timetable.

Questions families ask us
What documents does my pet need to travel from the UK to the EU?
Your pet needs a microchip, a rabies vaccination given at least 21 days before travel (the pet must be at least 12 weeks old when vaccinated), and an Animal Health Certificate issued by an Official Veterinarian no more than 10 days before you arrive in the EU. Dogs entering some countries also need a tapeworm treatment recorded by a vet.
We check every document before we leave and tell you exactly when each vet appointment needs to happen.
Can my pet travel on an EU pet passport?
Since 22 April 2026, EU pet passports issued to people living in Great Britain are no longer accepted for entering the EU. GB residents need an Animal Health Certificate for each trip. Passports issued to residents of an EU country are still valid.
Rules change, so we confirm the current requirements with your vet before every journey.
What is the tapeworm rule for dogs coming into Great Britain?
A vet must treat your dog against tapeworm (praziquantel) between 24 and 120 hours before arriving in Great Britain and record it in the pet’s documents. We plan the treatment window around the departure time and remind you the day before.
How often do the animals rest during the journey?
We stop every 3 to 4 hours for water, a walk in a secure area and a check of every crate. The van is temperature-controlled and you receive a photo update at each stop.
How do I book and pay?
Ask for a quote, and once you are happy we hold your date with a deposit. The balance is due before collection. Our cancellation terms are shown on every quote and in our terms and conditions.
What affects the price?
- The route and distance, and whether it is a dedicated journey or a UK pet taxi
- The size and number of pets
- Channel crossing fees and any overnight stops
- Documents we arrange for you, such as the Animal Health Certificate
- Short-notice bookings and peak holiday dates
How many pets can travel together?
For non-commercial travel into the EU the limit is five pets per vehicle. Journeys with more animals, or where the pet is being sold or rehomed, count as commercial moves and need different paperwork. Tell us your situation and we will advise on the right route.
